Cebas technologies released Final Fluid 1. For first time 3dsmax receive a realtime fluid solver. You will need an nvidia graphics card with at least 4Gb of ram. And you get realtime smoke/fire in your scene.
The first version comes with support for 3ds max particle systems. With pflow, Tyflow and thinking Particles support to emit from any particle and control things like temperature and fuel procedurally per particle. Support for deforming meshes, accurate collisions, and emission from maps.
Also makes smart use of memory, allocating simulation blocks dynamically only where they are needed.
You can render FinalFluid directly using finalRender or vray or arnold, or you can export the simulation using VDB.
The Beta has been also updated to version 1.000, and you can try it for free.
